What do you think causes more deaths per year?  Drug overdoses or donuts?  Handguns or hamburgers? Drunk Drivers or the Drive-Thru?

According to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention, 66% of Americans are either overweight or obese.  Food related illnesses come in a very close second to smoking related illnesses.  We are literally eating our way to the grave!  So if you’re more than a little overweight AND a smoker, well…

There is only one person in this world that controls what food you put in your mouth.  What does your diet consist of?  Are you filling your body with energy producing foods, or energy zapping foods?  Do you find yourself tired and lethargic, or energized and focused?  What you eat plays a BIG role in how you feel, look, think, focus, etc.
